Evochron loading fail at 70%

Hello, after recently installed 2.088 version of the game, it does not load more than 70%, with the following error details:

do you have any mods installed ?

Sans avoir installer les mods///arrÃªt Ã 70%!!!
Solution::::
Dire dans mode jeux de votre Antivirus;;Evochron mercenary.exe((pour moi est passer en mode automatique,pour le jeux)))
TrÃ¨s trÃ¨s important aussie!!!
D'aller dans le mode part feux Winsows((Autoriser un programme via le par-feux))
Evochron mercenary.exe et cliquer sur ((OK))sortir,voilÃ c'est fait!!!Ce met en mode priver,trÃ¨s bien!
Pour moi Ã§Ã Ã fonctionner!
Pour XP et Vista,je sais pas!
PS:il y a-t-il un anglophone pour traduire le message......

Capricorne is saying that he had the same issue.
Adding the game in any security program's exceptions list (antivirus, firewall program) and setting the security programs in game mode solved the problem for him.
