Max Vsync is the mode you want. So there may be something else on your system (ie Nvidia control panel setting) that is preventing it from running over 60 FPS. Many players run well into the 100's, so it's certainly available when your system can do it.

this is my mistake, it was actually put "max Vsync." But it had to be in the game and not stay in the main menu to see the effect because the main menu it stays at 60 FPS.

P.S. But I want to know why it is called "max Vsync" while on the contrary, it disables Vsync and unlock FPS? This is a bit misleading, no?
