Modding Planet Atmosphere Haze?

Post by Mecingo »

Is it possible to make Atmosphere haze seen from space less bright or less massive? I personally think it's, a little much. Maybe possible to make it like this?

it would be interesting to have different hues atleast , not all atmospheres are the same. Possible something that makes it depend on how large the planet is. Although Vice is shooting for realism , the atmospheres are rather thick , especially when you look at an angle.

That would be good to, I have not seen any moddable files yet for atmosphere in the modding kit :(

The good thing about the bright glow is that you don't see the "cloud line" as much. which is the sphere of texture on which the clouds are drawn.

I never really had a problem with that, but now I have a problem that every time I look at a planet it's hard on my eyes :(
