where to find the Walker

may anybody point me in the right direction where to find and install

the Walker

You can find them on trade stations and planet cities ships. I'd suggest looking in the more technologically developed areas though. And bring a big bag of money lol.

Well, stations and planets in the more technologically developed areas of the universe, that is. And by chance, well yes a bit. You may have to leave the sector a couple of times and come back to the station for one to show up in the list.

Yup, you need a free equipment slot for it.

The Orion system on Cronic's Ceti Alpha V server has been upgraded. You can now find the TW at most of the southern player-built IM stations.

Expensive. But, then, if you have the credits available, not a problem. You can easily make it back by selling stuff in the same star system.

Seven mill is about the cheapest I've seen. In some star systems, they can sell for twice that amount.

So far other then another way to make quick cash do I see any use for one, especially since I have to give up another equipment slot, maybe now it's time to upgrade the 3 biggest civilian ships with extra equipment slots, like 10 slots for the Mammoth, Starmaster and Leviathan so that there is some sort of merrit in flying a civilian ship?

Ever since the military ship buff have I rarely seen anyone fly a civilian ship anymore.

And I do mean an upgrade, not take away room for missiles, crew or cm's.

I also still would like to see the gun turrets for the science ops and navigator to give the civilian ship more the feeling it's a cargo hauler/science explorer then a combat ship.

I got one handed to me in Saphire via an NPC trade request and me requesting more info. Next thing i know, the NPC is handing one to me because he's got to ditch his contraband.
