Based on all the posts I would guess so. Where do I download it if it is?

If you already own the previous version, exit the forum to the SW3DG main page (it's the spinning icon at the upper right of this screen). Then select Evochron from the header menu. You should be able to find the Downloads menu from there. If you don't own it, then you can either purchase it directly from this website, or use a distribution platform like Steam.

BTW it's FREE if you own the previous version already!!
