Sorry guys, should have pointed out that the only major benefit was 64-bit game support. It works under win64, you just have to go into device manager and do a update driver under TrackIr. The main reason to download is if you play DCS A-10.

There are more fixes and additions than just to support 64-bit. I've read somewhere, some people claiming it's more smooth. Maybe it's just a placebo effect.

(Posted December 21, 2010)
Changes
Added support for 64-bit TrackIR Enhanced games
Fixed jitter issue for some TrackIR 5 devices
Fixed netKar PRO loading incorrect profile

5.1 beta 01

Changes
Added TrackIR 3 support
Added support for TrackIR 5 cameras with serial 155662+
Added hotkey profile switching
Added camera rotation support
Added no-OpenGL startup mode for diagnosing OpenGL conflicts
Fixed restore from hibernate under Vista 64
Fixed crash for some ATI Radeon cards with Catalyst 10.x+ drivers
Fixed crash when pressing pause with no camera present
Fixed Run at Startup for non-administrator users on Vista/Win7/Win2008
Fixed TrackIR 5 software process fails to close
Changed maximum speed value to 5x
Changed maximum smoothing value to 50
Improved precision mode to allow customization

Think the jitter issue is some of the later devices, also noticed they have issued a recall on certain batches that have shipped. Oh year forgot that alot of the older TrackIR devices are now supported under beta 5, which is a plus for the FS community.
