There are two Miner Wars forums. One is for the public build and One is for the Test build.

I have listed Mercenary on the "Terran Mining" forum and some of them seem interested.:)

Looks like the game is an updated version of the classic pc game Descent but more freeform oriented.

I have been in the alpha since July and besides some graphic updates the only things really refined in the last few months are the lighting, radar and mining. With Keen Software wanting to release a SP game first there really is no content in the game. There has been talk that Miner Wars was going to be ready in the summer sometime? I just don't see how that could be in the current state it is in now. The sectors aren't vast enough and are not really populated with a lot of asteroids. But there is still many more months of development so be interesting to see where the direction goes.
