Upgrading

I only got Legends last week and was wondering if I should
get Mercerny or carry on playing legends for a while more.
All advice will help me to make up my mind.

Legends is a fine game, I enjoyed playing it for over a year. I'd say that it depends if you want to play in MP, or SP. If, you're playing in SP, then, carry on with EL. However, if you want the MP facilities, switch to EM.

As far as I know, EL is no longer supported by any of the servers. However, if I'm wrong, I'm sure that someone will soon be online to contradict me. Anyway, have fun, welcome to the game, and the forum.

I will add that Ravenfeeder is right in saying EL was fantastic, however, EM makes a good number of improvements, and of course there is the small but helpful MP community, which makes the learning curve much shorter. Some people never get to experience how very good these games really are because they bow to frustration and stop playing, but pretty soon you will find that the game becomes second nature AND that there is still much to learn and discover, and that is an awesome combination.
