Mouse wheel control
Maybe I just didn't pay enough attention but has the mouse wheel always controled speed? Can it be disabled? My new mouse has a wheel that is very easy to roll.

Yes I am quite happy playing with mouse + keyboard but I would like the ability to remap some of the mouse functions. Using an external program doesn't cut it because then it ruins your ability to use the mouse for menus and stuff.
