Building Trade Stations in Warzones

I can't seem to build trade stations in some sectors in warzones, other sectors I can. Any reason?

It also seems, some places where I build them, they won't offer contracts or they offer civilian contracts. Unfortunately, those civilian contracts don't provide military points.

Military points only count in Warzones....you do not get military points for millitary missions in the regular zones it is doing contracts for navy in thuban for example do not count towards millitary points for your rank increase...

Yeah, I'm building in Cerulean warzone, just a couple of sectors away from the entry point. At that spot, there are reputation levels in the news console and civilian contracts instead of military ones.

I do not know about Mercenary Warzones yet but any missions completed in warzones in Legends counted towards military rank I believe....LOL...it already has been that long that I start to forget things in Legends.......
