Change mouse key bindings

It it possible? I want to set left mouse key to fire beam and right to fire particle.

Hi Acerola, welcome to the game and forum. What are you using then to control choosing menus and controlling cargo?....I think it is possible to use the mouse for what you want, but I think it is unpractical to do so.....I think you can map the mouse buttons in game under the controls configuration menu....

By default, left mouse button fires primary weapons and right mouse button fire secondary weapons. But this seems to be hard coded into the game. In the control setup I can change keyboard bindings and joystick buttons, but not mouse buttons.
