verbsleagues / launcher app mod list

as part of the rebuild of the verbsleagues.co.uk website, and the ongoing work on the launcher apps I've created a single page for mods.

I'll have to add the mods to this page myself for the moment, but on-going known modders will be able to post their own, and new modders will be able to submit mods.

I'll be making an effort to go through all the posted mods and contact modders for their permission to list their mods there.

Very good option you're offering, there, Verb. A good incentive for modders to actually finish their mods.

Nope, its just an old logo ( note to self build new one ) the site and launcher will both be for legends and mercs and future games.

good point I'll add a forgot password function in.

you probably can't login because in the rebuild I dumped the old database, and therefore chance are you don't have an account...

on this note, I've just started work so progress on this and other stuffI need to do will be slow till the weekend...

ok finally the Drupal install is in place, while none of the other functionality is there yet users should be able to login.

I'll be setting up mods pages over the next day or two if you have a mod of some kind that you want users to be able to download ( or would like to ask for support with) you'll be able to advertise there

yes, for the moment you'll have email/u2u me to get permissions, but the mod area of the site should be up this evening.

well its scary to think but verbsleagues has been around for over 3 years now, and for most of that time has been offering league tables for games, its only really merc's that the development didn't take off, and I'm hoping that the launcher apps that others have been supporting will allow it to continue in that role once again.

mods list starts to go live in a few hours, it'll cover mods for both legends and mercs.

If you are a modder, sign up and u2u me with your verbleagues username and I'll set you up with modder access.
If you notice a mod thats not there let me know, and I'll do my best to get it listed.

Lastly I'll be releasing the first release of the launcher app tonight as well, its probably not functional, but anyone with knowledge of the language will be able to contribute.

As time goes on I'll be adding more stuff to verbsleagues, but a lot of it depends on what can be done with the launchers or what people want.

Current @TODO :
cartography ( finished system just needs plugged in )
image hosting ( yeah I'll host your evochron pics, if enough get loaded up I'll dfo special image galleries and lightboxes)

yeah ok it took me 3 times longer than usual.

The modlist stuff is now live, I've got to go through and populate it ( and a little bit work on the layout) . I've got to add in a search function,
