Any time a unique, significant situation arises where special skills are required, with people with no affiliation are required, an EF is put together and are sent on the mission. When there is nothing special happening, the EF is disbanded. This is the 17th generation. While their past is usually marred with combat scars, their mission is (mostly) peaceful now.

I would just like to say that I have claimed Alpha Command for myself, and the clan (but mostly myself).
Alpha Command is now the main base for the EF17.

ATTENTION ALL PILOTS

The Borg Collective have made their intentions clear. As such, I have declared them a code black priority target. They are now EF17's primary objective. Any unit designated as a code black are to be hunted by any means necessary. When a code black is declared, EF17 goes into high alert, and regular patrols of the Evochron system will be deployed. All other objectives, all alliances, all agreements are overridden by the one target: The Borg. To anyone who gets in the way, too bad. Any and all weapons are authorized, and FTs will be used indiscriminately. So, should the Borg be in close combat with another clan, unless they are winning, FTs will be deployed. Should any clan try to defend the Borg, or they will be considered code black targets as well.

That is all.

Of course not. Having "blow up EVERYTHING!!!!" as my mantra helps a lot. So what if I occasionally obliterate a civilization or two?

By the way, why don't you consider joining the EF17? I'd really like a wingman. Don't worry, I only use the FTs on certain occasions.

Thanks for the offer Alpha, but my allegiance has to be with the UE's... I'm generally inclined to explore an object rather than indiscriminately bombard it with FT's!:D

Having said that I'm always happy to team up with you for any missions requiring your more subtle and sensitive approach of total anihilation ie: Vonari/Borg bashing!

I suggest that you turn clan new school to green status, and advise your pilots that if they are not more careful in future it'll turn to red, this warning applies to any pilot under the protection of new school, and that includes pilots of clan SD and SW ok?

You know of what I speak, and I don't really want you give your pilots a spanking just because they don't know how to use a targeting computer. Also Ft'ing a capital ship another pilot is already taking down is really bad etiquette.......

Although tonight was fun, I hope that the population of pearl start to get the message before it becomes another rami V Pices ( the population of Pices is still recovering 3 games on..... )

Sorry about that. It was their first battle, and considering the onslaught of enemies, it's understandable that they panicked and started shooting everything. I'll make sure they don't do that again. Also. You have to admit, Vison did deserve that. He ignored my warnings and shot a Navy cruisers awhile ago, turning them hostile. He keeps attacking friendly units and starting freaking wars. All the factions hate us now.

I always hoped Vice would reflect that in later games. You know, turn Pices even more barren and dead and not having any ships fly around there anymore with the only news-item being from 6 years ago about some rampant idiot killing everyone.

I mean, it was epic.

UPDATES: Vison's learning pretty fast, and hasn't had any more cases of friendly fire. His combat skills are improving rapidly. Good Job! Promoted to Combat Pilot, and my wingman.
Also, due to an... unusual string of events, we are now at war with everyone at Pearl, and everytime we pass through, everyone and their grandmother comes out to "greet" us. Apparently nobody learnt from Pices.

Also, just to let everyone know, EF17 isn't a combat faction. It's mostly an exploration and discovery thing. I've mostly gotten tired of FTs now (believe it or not :O) and want to examine the galaxy more closely. We do a lot exploration, and like to explore new planets and systems, and are willing to help a friend out. Although we'll make exceptions for the Vonari, and the jokers at Pearl.

Are you refering to MP players in Pearl as well or just the AI population of Pearl? concerning the war with Pearl that is...
and the jokers at Pearl and can you be more specific with names? Maybe add a list of friendly and considered enemies of individuals who do not belong to a clan? Hmmm, maybe I'm the only one who does not belong to a clan ...LOL....

We have now set up our command outpost in Alpha Centuri, as well as several trading posts across Evochron!

To help out other players we have strategically placed high economy outposts near some popular mining/scavenging areas. For example, there is a very high priced station just three sectors north of the all-platinum mining asteroid in Pearl. You can get around 90K for each full cargo slot!

Updated the threat list. Several clans downgraded to Green status due having a minimal presence. Romulan upgraded to Black status because he really needs a missile massage, StarWolves clan upgraded to Yellow status due to a large presence and acts of intimidation against other clans.
