Locked 0-9 key bindings

Is there some way to circumvent the stupid lock on the 0-9 keys in the key control configuration? I have no idea why Vice decided to lock these keys from being assigned to something other than speed presets when I already have scroll wheel for that.

These keys are extremely valuable real estate for me.

Not currently. However, this is something I have been working on and may become implemented in a future update. Watch for the next test build, which should have this availble for use in concept form.

Just let me know if it functions the way you want. The default functionality for these keys will work as before for legacy compatibility, but as soon as you map a new function to one of them, the throttle control function will be bypassed in favor of the function you select.
