I had my Leviathan upgraded to the MAX and was really enjoying it. I decided to traverse to our ancestral home and--to be safe--increased to level 10 fuel tanks for the trip. I made it to Mars and ran out of fuel!! How the --(insert your own word here, mine would be inappropriate) --are you supposed to make it to Earth when the maximum fuel tanks won't complete the trip!? Hop out and hitch-hike!? Info, please, info.....
You could always go into MP and ask if anyone will give you enough fuel to complete your journey. You could also try using your thrusters to get your ship into a station.
SPOILER HINT: Never, ever buy a station licence at Sol station.
I think I see my error. I mean, I did have Mantis Drive and all; but I started out from Alpha Centauri thinking it was in closest proximity to Earth. When I checked it out, I realized the Sirius system was closer. It still takes a full level 10 fuel tank to make the trip, but I made it this time--and there was a lot more to discover than I originally thought! Thanks for the replies.
