Ship Swaps

I built and stored a ship at Lambda II, a Pulsar outfitted for mining. Every time I try to swap it with my Hunter the ship blows up. Do I need to remove divices before I swap?

That is weird, probably you should try it, it has been a long time for me since I flew a Pulsar or a Hunter...LOL.... I do not remember how many missile slots each has but if they are not compatible the amount of slots that might be the cause. But it should store the ones it can not fit in the available storage of the hangar unless you do not have enough storage availabe...I do not know what would happen in that case....;)

Alol's well that ends well. I enjoyed our flight together, last night. Then came the Rom... Still, it gave you some experience in PvP and, I think, that you did quite well. I also enjoyed my own little romp with the Rom - score: 0-0 - maybe I'm finally getting the hang of PvP! :)

I didn't mind the Rom... keeps it interesting. I'm assuming he was using a stealth generator?
I learned more last night than I have in the last month, really fun. Thanks for the tips!
My game profile says that I'm a Lt. now but I'm still an ensign here.:(

This refers to Romulan’s sortie last night in the Sierra war zone where he encountered these two ships – one puppy (sort of) and one hector. Just the kind of odds Romulan likes – just right for some puppy kicking and hector evading all at the same time.

Romulan engaged the puppy several times and as his name demands, returned his structure to the sub-atomic level. The Hector didn’t interfere much and seemed quite happy to let Romulan go about his business for a while, but then he engaged Romulan, made a few missile passes at him then broke off at nil nil to “light a ciggy Romulan thinks he said.

Now Romulan was quite happy to wait for the Hector to return, but the puppy must have fancied his chances again, and had the audacity to attack poor Romulan. So Romulan had to kick him again – for the purposes of training you understand.

Romulan enjoyed his sortie and said that the hector was a great pilot and the puppy did very well and learnt fast. Oh and he also said that in fact, very little use was made of his stealth generator on this occasion.

HAIL ROMULAN!

A slight error in your report, Sindari. I didn't break off to "light a ciggy", the Rom broke off to go, wherever the Rom goes, to lick its wounds - then, I took a break to "roll a ciggy" - I would have said "roll a fag", but US colloquialism may have misconstrued. All honour to Atomicto for re-engaging the Rom.
