i was warping to a blackhole gate and made the mistake of saving right before i blew up, now everytime i enter game i have 1 second before i blow up is there a way to reverse the save? if not..

I had the same problem loading up and then flying straight into a roid. Forgot how I fixed it though, soryy.

We players are really gods of time and space.

The next time you get into a bind like this, remember the universedata file.

You make a BACKUP COPY of this file. Then, you edit it and remove the inconvenient object. When you load up again, it's gone. You can then move your ship to a safer area and restore the backup copy of the universedata file.

If you need more help than this, that's too bad. The file is actually quite clearly written in plaintext, so it shouldn't be too difficult to make changes.

If you want to be slick about it, you could move the object over a little, or change it into a warp tunnel that takes you wherever you want to go.

i would rather do it the correct way instead of tampering with someones hard work, in this case Vice's game...

But, if you change your mind, don't try using your modded file in multiplayer. Time and space will collapse in on themselves ... sending you into an alternate reality loop that will make the Al's Quay Highway look like a kiddie ride at Disneyland.
