So is this game fun? Sounds like Eve with out the monthly subscription? How long does it take to get into a new capitol ship or carrier? Is there a research tree that takes days or weeks to complete a research?
I am having issues with the demo version its full of bugs example esc on the video to get to the main menu causes crash.

Crashes like that are generally not a result of bugs in the demo, they are usually caused by other things running on your system causing interference. Consult the threads in this forum for details: http://www.starwraith.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?fid=26
If you are getting an error code when the game closes, you can line it up with one of the potential causes in the tech support forum.
No capital ships or carriers that you would control, nor research trees. This is a very different game from those kinds of objectives.

Yes this game is a lot of fun, you have to be carefull it can be very addictive. Many of us can not stop playing it even after having achieved all of the objectives. I have been playing this game for 10 months. LOL
