i'm not sure about the specifics, but i think you'll be most likely to find the generator in the hidden systems or those furthest away from saphire...

I think Antimatter you can mine at certain locations like nebulae and close to stars. I never mined antimatter thou. Mech you have to buy or get from hidden containers. Also Antimatter you might be able to find from hidden containers. Stealth Generator and Banshee you can find on hidden planets or stations!;)
