Noob with a question :D

Hello,

I'm just wondering where one might find a constructor star base.
Is there some way to know a star base is a constructor without
landing on it? Are they only located in certain systems? Are there
more than one? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

There are a number of them, present in several systems, and they have 4 hangars at their top. They also have a large ring that surrounds them. Some can be located on sensors, some are cloaked and have to be spotted visually.

Wow, thanks for all the welcomes !

I finally found a couple of constructor bases...I guess I should have
gone to Olympus first hehe. As for being in MP, I don't know if I
will ever be a good enough pilot to visit...I would hate to embarass
myself any more than I already have

I did try to go play MP once but only saw 3 servers and nobody
was on any of them that I could tell...then again...I don't really
know how to check who is on...

Anywho...I'll go check it out now...if I see someone, great...if not
it's back to trying to survive an enemy encounter :p

When you bring up the list of servers, right click over one and it will search and show a list of call signs if anyone is on at the time.

Also Chaldeus, when you join MP watch out for Romulan. Is trademark is to attack new unexperienced players on Babylon 5 Server. And on Main Server if you stay in Saphire on Main Server you will be safe from his attack. Saphire is safe zone only on Main Server. Babylon 5 is a no rules Server and Romulan will attack you any where over there.

There is a high energy nebula in Sapphire, at sector coordinates 0-0-2. Romulan cannot cloak there nor can he/she use missiles. If you log on to the B5 server and discover Rommie roaming the area, call for help (assuming there's at least one friendly on the server) and head for the nebula.
