from civil frame to military...

Hi Space Friends!
Thanks to Pilots who helped me in war zone missions, I've reached military rank to buy a mlitary frame (wraith, if I remember well!).
But.... what about my worthy Crew?
I have to loose my men, haven't I?
Or is there a way not to loose them?
