Hey Everyone,
I tried connecting to a multiplayer game for the first time and I got stuck on something.
I purchased Evochron Legends through Impulse and the version that I currently have is 1.128. I tried to look for internet games but when I tried to search I got a message saying that I needed to update to play in multiplayer games.
The only update that I see on the download page of the website is 1.142 and that is a test build. Do I need to download that build and install it?
I just don't want to make a mistake, install the wrong build, and possibly ruin my copy of the game.
Thanks for any advice in advance.

Game version for multiplayer?
Yes, you will need 1.142. The game is in the middle of an interim test period with a new multiplayer setup (one that is not compatible with the older 'official' builds). It will not adversely effect your copy of the game to update, the installer is designed to work as both an installer and an updating program for the game, preserving your settings and profiles with each update. Just point it to the correct folder where the game is upon installation. Once the testing process is finished, a full release build will be made available.
