Frustration!!

Hello all,

I AM IN HELL, i came across this game about 3 days ago and have read quiet a bit of the forum along with the manual and guide. I am presently at sea so am unable to download the game until i return in 2 weeks, so am trying to soak up as much as i can before my return. I can't even see most of the screen shots as they are on photobucket and flickr which is blocked.

My missus will love me, been away for over 6 months and as soon as i get home and having sorted her out (nudge nudge) will be downloading and playing. once i have got used to the controls, shouldn't take too long hopefully, i will be on MP to say hello.

Have played Freelancer along with the freewolds mod (star wars) for over 2 years now, i love the game as the graphics and music really engulf, this looks to be the same with bolts attached and flags waving.

Until then i shall keep scouring the forum, taking in all the good stuff.

I feel for you, not being able to play this great game yet! I haven't had to think about what game to play since I bought this one!

Hang in there, man. And don't worry about training before doing multiplayer -- there's really not much difference, you might just stay out of PvP skirmishes. The game is so vast, most of the time you won't run into anyone anyway. I started playing online after I think 3 single player sessions.

The wait will definitely be worth it and you will get that addiction for the Game! and you may be in the Dog house when the missus starts missing you....

Threads like these always make me wonder how many times Vice gets complaints over relationship problems. I'd imagine he's hired a psychologist to handle those for him.

Maybe he should add a paragraph describing the problem and reassuring the women to the support page, with a dedicated e-mailaddress for added consult? Something like [email protected]?

Otherwise, soon, I'll turn on the TV and hear something while zapping that'll make me hang around a little longer: "Next on Oprah, 'my husband bought an SW3D videogame'".

Welcome to the forums, get your ship back to shore and hop on your new ship (you cÃ¡n wreck the latter without major financial damages, too)
