Request for normal cursor on pilot selection screen

On the pilot selection and then the following screen the cursor is a big spaceship shape. This seems a bit sluggish. Please can we have an option to have a normal boring black and white small arrow cursor.

A regular cursor would run at the same speed. System performance is generally what holds back the update rate for the mouse pointer. On some older/slower systems, sometimes switching to a 'Locked (FS)' screen mode helps improve performance.
