One Question Before Buying

I've played the demo for EL until I only have about 5 min left, and I've loved it so far, but I do have one question before I buy. There's options for hiring crews in the menu, and I was wondering if that means you can eventually have a capital ship, or if its just a big fighter.

Hiring Crew is for Civillian ships only! and there are four different crew members you can hire! Civillian ship can be used for combat though!

No Capital ship ownership at this time. You can also fly military fighters that allow no crew. If you need more decision time, go into the training mode and ignore the instructor. Just fly around. Training time doesn't count against demo.

No, this game is designed for single player to explore, trade or fight as he thinks best.
The investment in hiring a crew only enhances certain skills the player may wish to develop.
You can eventually buy a "large frieghter" for mining/trade purposes, but capitol ships are not part of the games ideology.

thanks guys. little disappointed, but i'll prolly still buy it. maybe it'll get put in at some point

But for Combat you can also aquire military ships and hire other ships to form your own fleet!
