There are several places you can find one, but it takes a lot of exploring to find one. Many though get them for free when they join a clan from other more seasoned clan members in multiplayer. Some times other players will give you the coordinates if you ask them nicely or even give you one if they happen to have multiple in their cargo bay's running a trade route!;)

ROFL!:P:P:P:P:P I have seen players of a certain clan being very generous in giving away stuff to new players. Marketing plan? maybe, but it seems to be working! And other players I helped out seem to offer stuff also when they find what they are looking for!;)
And by the way Mantis jump drives are cheaper then Fulcrum Torpedos and Stealth Generators!:P

I've heard there is more than one type of Stealth devices. Is that right?

Until now I found only the device that has to be installed on the hardpoints.

Yes there are 2 different stealth devices one is kind of one time use and then the more expensive one you mount in an equipment slot and is regenerative meaning it can be used over and over again and cost between 20,000,000 and 45,000,000 according to some players but the average is around 30 million!;)
