Well, a friend and I purchased the game yesetday, loved it. Played all night. Got into some mining. Made around 10mil ea from mining plat. And have upgraded our ships all the way up to the Raven frame.

My problem is, that I have traveled to all the stations and all the planets available on our map. And can not find any place that has the next available frame. I would really like to get a transport, and eventually move into a larger ship class. However I am lost in regaurds to accomplishing that.

I am sure the answer is simple, however I searched online for hours last night. Any help is appreciated.

Also if anyone can reccomend a few good servers that are regularly populated. I live in USA on the west coast, when I searched for servers I did not find that many. So just wondering if anyone had any favorite servers.

Did you use gates?
You can go to different sectors, they called charted system.You can see them on your quadrant map (press f1 and you see a button on the left side). You can upgrade your ship with bigger frames (Pearl for example). Also, there are many uncharted sectors. Beacon Quest would be helpful to find some awesome places, you have to try it out!
My favorite server is Asylum recently. 24/7 and fast as light!
You can also find good players in Sw server and Slammers server.
Dynamic server will be number one in the future imho. Still under construction and Verbosity does beta tests...

Thanks for the tip! Ironically my freind just discovered the gates. I feel like a horrible noob. I flew by them often, I knew that it was something right in front of me.

I was playing on the SW server last night, just doing some mining. Once I get my wallet, and ship built up a little more I will surely hit up the SW server.

It's not necessarily a bad thing if you miss a gate that's right in front of you. Now, if it were a star, or a black hole, that might be bad.
