Check out the screens of the cockpits they've designed. Unfortunately, they haven't done any spaceship designs, but the ones they have done are photo-realistic.
Vice, set up the Paypal account, and I'll pitch in to add these to my HUD.
Edit - Whoa... I just noticed, under their "products" section, they have quite a few freeware cockpits. Those could be worth modifying.
