I am looking forward to this, new mods are always great. I myself will hopefully be submitting a cockpit modification which I have just recently started work on.

Just to make sure I have the time right, the deadline was 4 weeks from April 20, which makes the deadline May 18. Is that correct?

Here is my cockpit submission. This is a concept I have been tossing around in my head and finally decided to create for this competition.

From the readme:

The mod: Utilizing state-of-the-art "no screen" technology, United Electronics Corporation (UE) and EvoSol Dynamics began selling this cockpit on the market just recently. Thought previous versions of the technology were crude and plagued with problems, UE was able to refine the technology into its current form. Meant to be a replacement of "ancient" LCD technology, "no screen" technology uses advanced holographic imaging to project an image without the use of a screen. UE partnered with EvoSol Dynamics to implement this technology into a clean-sheet design cockpit. The result has been branded as the UEED Observation Cockpit. Taking full advantage of this new technology, there are no screens or glareshields in the cockpit which obstruct the pilotâ€™s view. Because of the unparalleled visibility the cockpit provides, it has been extremely popular with explorers.

yup, give or take a day or two for late submissions ( if you've got a design that almost finished by the 18th post that it'll be a day or two late )

Due to my father's heart illness, I will not be able to participate the contest. I stopped my future mods in my mod page too (Raptor hull, Military cockpit etc,...)

Sorry for inconvenience.

After his open heart surgery (24-may), If everything went right, approx. second week of june, I can release my mods to you guys.

Actually, most of them is finished, but I am so far from my personal computer.

Just so everyone knows, I have done what I hope is the final update to the cockpit's reflect textures. You can download the latest version in the previous post.
