Beacon Quest end possible spoiler

Ok I finally made it to andromeda and found the last beacon but I have no idea how to activate the item to return. I do know where the blackhole goes but is that the only way back or should I keep trying ?

Keep trying, unless you miss a certain equipment then your only way back to get the equipment is through the Wormhole!

And no, with the right equipment you can jump to four different systems not using the Wormhole! I had mine stored in a cargo bay the first time around!, and had to come back to discover Andromeda's secrets!;)

So I can leave Andromeda quickly to one of 4 systems.. one way.

Is there a quick way back to Andromeda?

Sort of defeats the purpose of the quick exits to 4 systems if 70 Alt-F2s have to be endured.. would be faster just going through standard jump gates.. yes?

Im trying to find a good reason for completing the quest.

Hi Wolis, Andromeda can be Xmas time at any time of year if you have enough room on your ship.
