Suggestion for next Patch

Could you please allow the config controls system
to allow the defining of a middle mouse button as a control.

Currently, the game just doesn't recognise it. Even fire it registers as Right Control (tho fire works from mouse as does secondary fire). I want to be able to set CM's to middle mouse button.

Yeah i would a middle mouse control aswell

I went into my control panel and used the mouse setup to tell my mouse what I wanted it to do in the game such as the letter "U" or "E". I know then the mouse always does that in or out of the game but at least it works.

What vers of windows you using? I don't have such an option in mouse settings in control panel.

My fault, I should have mentioned that you need a mouse that supports the assignment. I use`a Microsoft wireless laser mouse 6000v2.0 and a Microsoft wireless notebook laser mouse 6000 and both support the wheel button assignment through the software than comes with them, Microsoft intellipoint 6.3 or something like that. Sorry about the lack of info before.

I use XP home version. I can click on control panel mouse or use the Microsoft mouse file under programs.

X-mouse button control.
Freeware software, it works all version of windows.
Up to 5 buttons, you can program it easly and works well also in dirext x operations.

But You have to buy a joystick for full control of your ship.
