First off this game rocks! I am really enjoying it!

I have a request. I have died like 3 times now. Yes I know lame :P Every time has been entering or leaving a planet, and always with regards to the Jump (F2)...

Is there some way to add a feature that would check to see if you would die if the jump activates, and to not activate it? Possibly an option that you can turn on or off depending on your skill level?

Yes I know not using it would be simpler, but to a total newb, which is me right now, it is kind of hazardous :D

If you wait til you clear the atmosphere and reach outer space, which should be around 160,000 clicks above the planet, jumping is usually survivable.

Don't jump into planets. Don't jump out from planets. You burn up in the atmosphere. Hire a navigator. He will adjust your jump points to not blow up when possible.

Hello Capreolus, welcome to the forum and the game. Dieing in the game is what we all do and we try to learn from the lesson. If all was safe and easy it would get very boring very fast (lol). :)

I still remember the days when I was mining asteroids and I tried to hit F2 instead of F3 ;) Everyone has been there. Even Vice I bet has times where he says "Oh God, not again... :(" or to that extent. XD

It's one of those things that makes me feel like I'm in control even for all the mistakes I've made I love accidentally jumping into something.
