Where is everyone?

I was thinking about going onto multiplayer for the first time in awhile and every time I go on, I can't seem to find anyone on. So I would like to ask: where does everyone tend to hang out in multiplayer, or are there like weekly events that people attend and then proceed to kick each other's ass

Pilots are in lots of time zones around the world so you may just be missing them. I will be on in about 10 minutes for awhile.

Oh yes, on the SW main server.

Ooops just saw you posted for Renegades not legends so I will try Deep space nine Server in Renegades and see if you are there.

When do you plan on logging on? If possible, try to put the time in GMT-8 form (just because that's my Time Zone).

Hi Botkilla

There are a few people on in the evenings most days but you have to stick around for awhile. Most of the time players come and go only to miss each other by a few minutes, making it look as thou no one is ever on line.

If you around on thursday evening between 9 and 12 EST there should be one one or two of us about then for a couple hours.
If that does not work for you then U2U me and I can let you in some other times that someone, if not myself, will be online.

Been having a lot of fun Exploring and Flying the new ships in Legends....One day I will make it back to the "Old Neighborhood" use the MP thread to post a time and day to meet in Renegades and I will do my best to be there to go flying with you and the others who show up....Miss seeing you too Mack. Legends has been a blast and it is getting better and better with each new version

I was on yesterday, and needless to say, I had a nice time. Just a couple warnings from DS9 to stop swearing (that MP AI was owning me).

Edit: I also have a question about VoIP suuport. I know ER has it, but are there any controls to speak or what do I do?

Not sure what VOIP is but most of us use teamspeak.Someone has a server setup for us.I'll see if i can find it.

Skype is a form of VoiP, and in a way so is TeamSpeak. It is a way to transmit voice traffic over the internet to allow "free" voice calls. I say "free", you need to pay for the broadband and generaly only VoiP-VoiP calls are free, but VoiP to landline carry a charge.

Sorry, do VoiP all day as part of my job. Habbit helping people out with telecomms questions.

Speaking of Skype, do you have a Skype name, or anyone else for the matter. It's time I got into this community for real.

botkilla, try using the 'multiplayer times' thread - around 30 mins before you fly is good ( that or just b4, but try hanging around for 30 mins...

also make up your own swear words, that way you wont get into trouble, or steal some from sci-fi ( they make the best: DroKK , Frack, smeg)
personally I like nurgle ( five points to the first pilot who guesses where it comes from - without using google)

But what swear word does nurgle take the place of (if it's too bad of a word, send the answer to me in U2U)?
