Late afternoon ET seems to sometimes get around 9 or 10 players at a time, it just varies throughout the day and depending on what server you check. I'm sometimes on around 3-6:00 PM ET (GMT-5) and again sometimes later in the evening.
Mostly depends on Clan meets in other games, but when I do have time away or choose not to join in their meets, anytime between 7pm and 10pm MST on weeknights, and really anytime on the weekends. As-far-as where, I go where the group of players in the action is tbh. I'm still learning the ropes of combat and am working towards earning the rights to buy a better military combat ship.
