Stealth Generator

Noticed that even when my energy is at 100 % game says not enough energy to re-activate generator? is it timed also?

The stealth generator works a little differently than the stealth devices. The generator actually uses your shield arrays to project the cloak and it needs them at full power to engage the stealth arrays.
