Dear Legend Pals,
Yesterday I spent 2 hours cleaning a solar panel and no mission accomplished (like Bush)?
Do you have to clean both sides of the solar panel?

Solar Panel Cleaning
Just one side, really, you should be able to see them change colour. It's easy to miss a panel, though, and they need to be completely clean. Take your time and run the beam over each tile once more, until you accomplish the contract.
It pays to pan the beam rather slowly, rushing the job easily leads to frustration with that type of contract.

In a few instances I took my time cleaned them all up and wouldnt get the contract completion got closer and ran over it a second time.. still no contract.. Well I give up.. turn my ship around turn off the beam and boom completion.

If your talking to me, yes at the time I was in Saphire doing those missions.
And they wouldnt complete until the beam was turned off...
Don't quite remember if it was before or after the initial patch.
I didnt bother doing another after that as Blowing up ships are more fun
