Blowing up Human Pilots

If I blow a fellow human ship up do I get anything from his or her ship, weapons, cargo etc...?
Basically becoming a pirate.

lol if they have any cargo you can pick that up,
If you do it on a verbsleagues supporting server you get the kudos of it showing up, and you move further up the leagues

If they had cargo you may be able to beam something aboard other than that you only get that warm feeling of "Gotcha".
