I cant survive ,why are there so many hostiles in saphire?
New char ,bought a mining laser and hoped to mine ,but Navy all hate me:(
They appear everywhere I go.
Is this meant to be ? Seems a bit harsh for the starter sector if so.

Updated ,Uninstalled and deleted all and reinstalled and Navy nice again:)
It may have been due to installing to a diff hard drive from renegades,cos there was a legends folder in both and I installed to only one.

I did 1 hour mining and everything look fine.
Sapphire system has full of green.

Wavey, Evochron always installs the data files to C:\\sw3dg by default. The game files will be where you chose to install during installation. This is to get optimal Vista/Windows 7 support.

I installed to c:\\sw3dg but renegades is on d:\\sw3dg ,when I looked there was a legends folder in d with saves ect ,very odd.
Still using XP:)
All installed on d:\\sw3dg now and works fine

I had this problem too when i signed up for a Asteroid Clearing Mission at Sapphire Station. After I died, I went to explore else where and when i came back the navy was friendly again. Weird...
