Good autopilot control! A very practical, low-tech solution. Cheap, too - don't have to hire an engineer to install it.

You should see what happens when I let my cat into my "computer room" (normally he stays OUT with the door closed - like a lot of cats he has a thing for keyboards, he sees people typing and wants to know what the fuss is about).

Maybe I will create a profile for him and let him log on in MP... he will probably be easy to kill, probably not much of a pilot.

You CAN'T bribe him with the trade console! Unless you have catnip in your cargo bay...

I used stacks of quarters with a few pennies on the end to make the contact area smaller so that it only depresses one key. I taped it all together with electrical tape, because it was the only tape I had nearby at the time...

One of these days I'm going to get distracted and forget and return to my computer to find myself drifting through space without fuel, I just KNOW I will...
