In the midst of a battle tonight, I used up my full stock of missiles numerous times. I got into a habit of jumping to a container very quickly to reload and get back into the fight to do more damage. Along the way my jump point seemed to get futher away from the containers so I decided to adjust this jump point when no reds were about. Proud of my plan I went back into battle and took out a nice big Capital ship - using up all of my missiles - so back to the containers for a reload I go. Jumped in slick as can be and slamed into the container I was looking for at about 3000k. Bravehart was there at the time reloading his missiles and saw the whole thing. He laughed so hard he needed a break.

This is my ' Stupid Pilot Tricks' story, hope you enjoy as much as Bravehart, I know it put a great big smile on his face. And mine:P:D:)

Decided to do some sight seeing and went to the Vonari home planet's surface.....

And I also tried to land on Earth, for some reason that defence ring is able to shoot through the planet as I approached from the north pole

This one gotta make history guys, it happened while I was on my way back from town I was in the car on SP where I was on my was down to the surface of Sapphire to do some trading, and keeping my landing skills up to date, then i move my finger to press the 7 button to make my ship keep a comfy 720, instead my finger, clearly not agreeing with my current status as Pacifict decided to hit the f7......

First time in multiplayer, didn't know how to chat.

When someone told me how.... later I kept getting overly excited at sending Rebels down to Davy Jone's locker... couple of times missed the chat key and accidently Shot Bravehart, knocked into him, shot a missile at him.

Like a parody of that old "Kung Fu" series with David Carradine. "Nice work, Grasshopper. You are an enjoyable student to work with. Now please pull your finger out of my pulmonary artery."

Almost ran out of fuel. Easy to do in MP.

So is mine, cos thats the shift I use for upper case. I am no typist, so I tend to use my right hand and first two digits to type, so the left hand hits the shift key for Upper Case. Of course this only happens if the key has not registered before I type the message. No problem otherwise. New keyboard ? - Nah tried that - stronger springs on the keys - need to press harder to make them connect!!!!

That why I prefer TS.

Similar to the first post, I was mining in an asteroid field. I just got done filling my bays, and I went to hit F3. I must have had "fat fingers" for a sec, becuase the next thing I knew, I was hurtling into my asteroid at 4k... cargo bays full of diamonds and platinum...

One of my favorites was learning how to get a fleet. I hired the nearest two ships to escort me into Olympus. I figured that while I did my business at the station, they could handle any reds headed my way... I remember limping out of the system wondering why they never attacked the reds, and then I remembered that there were some keys dedicated to fleet attack commands in the control configuration menu... I guess two bundles of 48000 credits is still worth learning lessons I'll never forget.

Due to the release of Legends, I suggest that any Renegades pilots post MP times so that you all won't miss each other like ships passing in the night! Several of you just missed each other by minutes!

where explosing on the sruface on a planet in SP when I noticed a few boxes, so I stop set the tractorbeam to auto fire and went a trip to the bathroom, when I came back I were dead, I had accidentely hit space when I stood up XD
