how to lower mouse sensitivity?

For 'Mouse Direction' flight control, select 'Sensitivity' in the Options menu. For 'Mouse Point' flight control, use the 'Deadzone' setting, which adjusts the response level in a linear rate from the center of the screen (the greater the setting, the less response the mouse will be, but you still have the full range of control out to the edge of the screen).
