Black Holes

SO I found one, like an idiot flew into and blew up.. (Hey I had to know)
But, is it possible to use the black hole to send you someplace far and fabulous?

If you detect a wormhole marker in the center of it on your nav map, then yes.

Hehehe, so far as I know, there's only one place for that, and it's a bit hard to get to.
The alternative is also very hard to get to, but there's a wormy in a star. Good luck finding it, because it took me two trips to the location before I noticed it.
