Upgrading my Ship\'s Frame

I am pretty new to this game and the instructions havent helped me very much so far. I know how to upgrade my ship, but only the first three frame classes are available. How do I make the larger classes available to me?

Explore the other systems, different upgrades are available all over Evochron.

Ok thanks, but what will they (the upgrades) look like? Is it like when a ship that you destroy drops cargo, or what?

As you travel further afield you will find new stations in new regions of space. Those stations sell the different frames you are looking for, just like the first three you can get in Saphire.

Some items you buy and install onto your ship as equipment, like cloaking devices, shield boosters (capacitors), tractor beams, cargo scanners, weapons, etc. Others you install on your ship as you are designing and building it, like Fuel tanks, shield cores, engines, and wing/thruster sets. Where and when those become available to you depends on your wealth, reputation, and location.

Land the station...Press the shipyard button...
All frames and parts are ready for purchase...
Some frames can find different locations (possibly more dangerous systems)...
Dont forget to make money...Frames are pretty expensive tho...

I'm gonna be honest, your answer was probably more confusing then helpful.

Frames are best found in, as he said, dangerous systems, or systems that are... less often tred. Unfortunately, higher frames (ESPECIALLY Leviathan) are extremely expensive, though if you're in an area where you'd find a frame like that, you're probably where you need to be for high-paying contracts. Hostile systems (i.e. Thuban) can be extremely helpful in that regard; contracts are incredibly lucrative, though somewhat rare. Places that are hard to get to or are 'less often tred' (though places that are hard to get to probably satisfies that as well) almost always carry every frame and the bestest contracts.
