What do you listen to while flying in space?

www.somafm.com is what I stream the most. Lately I've also been hunting down amateur remixes of well known tracks, some surprisingly good.
Honestly though, I don't typically listen to music in space, I want to hear those engines ..

You should check out my latest mod track in the community mods section. The primary system track is intended to be ambient noise from your cockpitHonestly though, I don't typically listen to music in space, I want to hear those engines ..
Lately I have been using the great new event driven music system Vice released but sometimes I'll spin some Nine Inch Nails or some Aphex Twin on a player in the background.

I will! I actually played the stock music for most of my initial foray, it works really well for the game. I just got here from playing Orbiter and so I'm carrying some bias with me ..Originally posted by Pariah

Actually, warsign's custom cockpit looks really good too, and the custom radio chatter project is a great idea that just gets better the more people are involved. I'll have to get about a half dozen projects off my plate before I can think of modding for Evochron myself, but some of the work I'd be doing for other projects (solar systems for Orbiter ) might be transposable to Evochron in some form. I just broke out my own synths for the first time in three years, so something could come of that on the side. It's inspiring to see folks sharing some music for the collective fun factor, I'm certain to check out your stuff!
