Modding Time on Stealth Technology?
Hi Vice, How do you mod the time limit on the stealth technology if you want it to last longer?

I hope that's not possible. What a can of worms, lol.

Nope, it's pretty secure, not possible to exploit that way.

Hello,
There is a way to stay cloaked for eight mins, but it is expensive.

Yea, it can get quite expensive. I bought 4 and used them up fairly quickly. It was pretty neat cloaked in front of the hostiles though.
When I played Earth and Beyond which was a great online game. You could choose which character you wanted to be and that came with certain abilities. I played the Jenquai, and they had the technology to cloak. I had a great time zipping around hostile areas cloaked. I had to uncloak to attack though. The only other game ,I can think of, that I cloaked, was in an online game called Dark Space. That was pretty neat, sitting next to a planet cloaked while waiting for an unsuspecting ship to pass by, and then attack while cloaked. It was funny watching the ship scramble to find where the laser was coming from. Can anyone think of any other games out there which had cloaking abilities? Those were the only ones I can think of.

Eve Online, cloaked ships were an integral part of a well-rounded fleet, but with cloaking came some penalties such as speed reduced 50% or more unless certain mods (extremely expensive) were fitted, a huge drain on ship CPU and power plus any ship that came within (I think) 1000 m automatically uncloaked you ... I ran a cruiser for awhile that could cloak but once I found the enemy I would have to either jump back to a station and re-rig my ship to fight or get in close and web it so the enemy ship couldn't jump to safety ... lots o' fun
