I'v found since up dating to the pass last 2 or 3 updates now that my reputation drifts.
When I save and leave the program I have 93% . When I reload the same save point , I have a lower reputation, as low as 56%.
I found that I have had this problem when the multi save option was added.
Any ideas ?
Do the customizing kits get updated the same time Evochron Renegades does.

Vice says it is ment to drift one way or the other as the game is like the real world it doesn't stop in that aspect just because we save and quit. The overal rating should stay the same once you get it to change. I'm sure Vice can give a better explanation.

Keeps you on your toes
that much is for sure. Same happens with me but it is ok, with time and a lot of flying your skill level should finally enable you to be master of all reputation changes, and a little spice thrown in the mixture keeps you sharp. Though I really hate having to buy my licenses over and over again, that has happened several times

Yup, explained here:

With that said, you will not lose your overall global reputation that you've earned, unless you fail to save. Your in-sector faction specific reputations can fluctuate by about 20-30%, often if you leave the area, either by travelling or by exiting the game, they can drop back to a more normal/average range (although they can bump up slightly, depending on simulated events, it's just a bit more rare unless your reputation was already pretty low). If you don't stick around long enough to continue building on the reputation you're trying to earn, you'll be forgotten quickly and the faction will be on to the next mercenary who might be more loyal, hence your reputation will drop back to a more 'moderate' level. This quote from the thread above summarizes it well:
If you leave before you achieve an overall reputation shift, then you've pretty much abandoned the short term reputation you were working toward and your reputation can fall a bit, not always, but it can return to more average values because the faction's interest in you will quickly diminish if you stop working for them and they'll be on to hiring the next, possibly more loyal long-term, mercenary to work for them.
Yes, the customizing kit is updating when the game receives new mod options and related features.
