How do I Jettison cargo in just one bay?:(

When it comes to jettisoning the cargo bay, it's all or nothing, so you'll need to plan accordingly. You can destroy/discard anything in individual cargo bays though.

Best way to free up individual cargo bays without losing credit for the items they carry is to dock at a station and sell off what you don't want. But discarding items can be useful if you need the space quickly and aren't concerned with the value of what's in a cargo slot.
