Help for gamer-necromancer

Post by YaroslavUSSR »

Hello! I got tired a bit of good old Evochron Mercenary and the newest Evochron Legacy so I started a new journey in Evochron Renegades. Wow, it is like time-machine: there are no war-zones because Vonary did not started large-scale invasion in Milky Way, RiftSpace is controlled by humanity. And that sweet reloading time for Excalibur... :) I have 2 questions.
1. How to use autopilot? When I press Alt+F my ship only lays a course but doesn't engage a warp drive.
2. How to escape Vonarion? Blackhole to Andromeda galaxy doesn't exist because the crew of Phantom carrier will activate the Vonary-artefact later before Evochron Legends starts. Is it meant to be a one-way door?

iirc, autopilot doesn't engage the jump drive in that game from 2007, it was a function that was added to the later games. You'll need to manually activate the jump drive each time. There is a wormhole out of Vonari space, if you just want to know where it is, PM me for the details.

Thank you, Vice. I started playing the series since Evochron Mercenary 1.0 and the lack of some features feels like pain (except 25 seconds reloading time for Excalibur, heh-heh). As for the wormhole I will try to find it myself.
