HAT Switch Mapping
Is there a way to invert the Y-axis on the Pan function when assigned to the HAT switch on a joystick? I like using the HAT in combat to track enemies, but the Pan view moves up when I push forward on the switch, and since that is the reverse of the Y-axis on the joystick, panning feels counter-intuitive and causes some degree of disorientation at times, especially when I need to quickly re-center my view to maneuver.

Not currently. I can add it to my list of things to evaluate as a possible addition to the available control options (ie 'Rev Y' as there is with the mouse flight control mode). Might have time look into it over the next few days/week, depending on how development and testing goes with other things in the meantime.

Had some time today to set aside to look into this and have come up with a plan for implementing the option:
- A new 'Rev Y' mode will be added to the 'Pan' control mode as an additional option.
- New 'Rev Y' modes will also be added to the 'Strafe' and 'Snap View' modes since they have the same kind of inherent control scheme.
- Since this results in an options list that will be quite a bit longer than before, I'll also move the HAT control mode selection over to a drop down menu, like most other control options. The player can then select which HAT control mode they want by simply clicking on it from the menu, rather than having to toggle through each option until they get to the one they want.
- Since a control device can be specified for this option, I'll also include the ability to toggle through the available devices at the bottom of the drop down menu.
Should provide the various reverse input control options as well as provide them in a better menu format. I may have this available in a test build sometime next week. So if you'd like a try at it before it's released officially, maybe just send me a quick reminder e-mail on Monday the 9th.

Delicious, I'll definitely do that, thank you. I'm excited to see the options you mentioned implemented. I wouldn't have come up with something as comprehensive, but then again I'm not a developer
