Looking at the in-game programming for EL for the X52, is there any way to set the pinkie switch on the joystick to act as a "shift" key to allow me to program each of the buttons for two functions (one normal and one shifted) or do I need to set up my joystick profile using Saitek's programming software instead of the configuration inside of EL if I want to use the pinkie switch as a shift key. If I program my X52 using Saitek's programming software, do I need to do anything special inside of EL's configuration setting so to not screw up the configuration.
Thanks.

Yes, once you select the function you want to bind a control to, press and hold the pinkie switch, then press the second button you want to map the combination to.

Thank you Vice. A very simple and thus elegant solution. Much prefer to program my X52 inside of EL.
